Started with success an innovative plant for flocking glove boxes, that foresee the use of anthropomorphic robots for glue application and flocking. Besides, configuration and characteristics of the oven considerable increase the line productivity.

The purchase of "Esch Anlagen un Maschinenbau GmbH" (Germany) on behalf of Aigle Macchine Srl is going on to be appreciated on the market: customers already equipped with Esch plants, can find in Aigle a reliable partner for assistance and spare parts supply, and also for the installation of new lines equal to the ones already in use (obviously integrated with new Aigle technologies). Recently was installed new plants in Europa and Asia.

INNOVATIVE FLOCKING PLANT FOR RUBBER PROFILES

We installed with success an innovative flocking plant for automotive rubber profiles.
It allows:
1. To flock the profiles of different colours with a quick change from one colour to the other.
2. To condition directly machines and flock feeding system inside. This allows to condition a very limited area, to save energies and to reduce the conditioning room overall dimensions.
3. To filter flock with multiple filtering system for a more efficient flock use. 

NEW PRE-VULCANIZATION UNIT

Pre-Vulcanization unit, mod. NRIV-101 is an infrared oven, very compact, that grants efficiency in the productivity and energy saving.

It is going on the success on the market for the Aigle flocking machines and lines for the sectors of flocking on wall-paper and on packaging paper, both at design and total covered.
New plants was recently installed in Italy, Germany and Sweden.

COATING LINES FOR LARGE USEFUL WIDTH

It is going on with success the start up of plants for back-coating for carpets, with useful width over than 5000 mm.

ROLL-TO-ROLL FLOCKINGFOR LARGE USEFUL WIDTH

Recently was installed with success in Spain, Taiwan and India new flocking plants working in large useful width. The machines offer advanced technological development.

DEVELOPMENT IN DIGITAL PRINTING

We manufactured several units mod. “Plotter-Heat”. The machine allows to increase the production speed and to recover the fumes coming from the printing drying process.

NANOTECHNOLOGIES

Started with success the first coating head useful for the application of chemical products realised with nanotechnologies. The unit allows very precise applications granting and extremely light dry weigth.

POWDER DISTRIBUTION UNIT

It was recently installed a new innovative line for powder distribution on fabrics. The flexibility of the plant allows to produce items for several sectors: products for industry, furnishings, clothing, etc.
