FLOCKING EQUIPMENT FOR LATEX GLOVES
Over the years, AIGLE has developed several flocking units for latex gloves.
The glove is flocked to facilitate the passage of the hand when it is being worn and to increase its comfort: the inclusion of flock means that the latex never comes in direct contact with the skin of the wearer.
The purpose is to apply flock instead of grinded cotton and viscose or polyamide, directly on the metallic forms previously impregnated into the latex. In practice, the latex acts as glue.
The gloves, still in their shapes, receive flock and continue towards the oven for gelation and drying. At the end of the process, after the final cleaning to remove the excess flock, the glove is turned inside out so that the flocked part will be on the inside.
In this way, AIGLE inserts the flocking machine and the cabinet for the final cleaning, inside of existing plants for the production of latex gloves. This involves the customization of our machines to suit the equipment in use (and future use).
The flocking plant is equipped with hoppers and/or electro-pneumatic guns for an adequate distribution of the flock.
The flocking machine is then equipped with a system for the collection and recirculation of excess flock through collectors connected to suction systems.
