Coating Head – mod. BS

The Coating Head mod. BS has been designed and built to coat using machinery that can be easily implemented.

The following are some of the advantages that come with this machine:

- The machine can be placed at the inlet of a common stenter, occupying minimum space
- Maximum control over the quantity of the compound being used
- Great flexibility when choosing the compounds and textile supports, the variety of which is continuously growing.

The coating head is used for air-coating, and is equipped with a coating blade and blade support.

The support provides a system to change the coating blade inclination using a goniometric reference.

The motion of the coating blade is made possible through manually adjustable handwheels with mechanical reducers.
